1. TERMS & CONDITIONS – HANCH

1. Introduction

Flat No. 2, First Floor, Shiv Plaza, Above Shop No. G9, Gadhpur Rd, Opp. Anand House, Sarthana, Surat, Gujarat – 395006, India.
By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Order Acceptance & Control
- All orders are subject to manual verification and acceptance
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for:
- Suspicious/fraudulent activity
- Bulk/reseller behavior
- Pricing or listing errors
- Stock issues
3. Product Nature
- Many products are handmade/customized
- Minor variations in:
- Color
- Finish
- Size
- Design
do not qualify as defects
4. Pricing & Errors
- Prices may change without notice
- We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to errors
- Refund the full amount without additional liability
5. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability = amount paid for the order only
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delivery delays
- Misuse of products
6. Abuse & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to:
- Block users
- Cancel orders
- Deny future service
- Take legal action
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under Surat, Gujarat courts only
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – HANCH
Processing Time (IMPORTANT)
- All orders (including customized products) require 2–4 working days for processing and dispatch
- Orders are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins
Delivery Timeline
- After dispatch: 3–8 working days
- Total timeline = 5–12 working days
Strict Dispatch Rules
- Orders are dispatched only after full readiness
- No partial shipments unless decided by HANCH
Stock Availability Disclaimer
- Even after successful order placement, items may become unavailable due to:
- Inventory mismatch
- High demand
➡️ In such cases:
- That item will be cancelled and refunded
- No compensation beyond refund will be provided
Delays Disclaimer
We are not liable for delays due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather / strikes / external factors
- Incorrect address or customer unavailability
Failed Delivery / RTO
If order is:
- Not accepted
- Customer unavailable
- Wrong address
➡️ Then:
- Order will be returned (RTO)
- Shipping + RTO charges will be deducted from refund
3. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation
- Allowed only within 24 hours AND before processing starts (whichever is earlier)
- Once processing begins → no cancellation allowed
Return Eligibility (VERY STRICT)
Accepted ONLY if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defect
Claim Window (STRICT)
- Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- After this → auto-rejected
Mandatory Proof (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Customer must provide:
- Full unboxing video (continuous, no cuts)
- Showing:
- Sealed package
- Label
- Opening
- Product condition
⚠️ Without this → claim rejected
Return Rejection Conditions
No return/refund if:
- No unboxing video
- Product used or damaged after delivery
- Claim after 48 hours
- Minor variations
- Customer ordered wrong item
- Customized products
Inspection Rule
- All returns are verified physically
- If claim is false:
- Product returned back
- Customer pays shipping
Refund Conditions
Refund only if:
- Claim approved
- Replacement not available
- Item out of stock
- Valid cancellation
Refund Processing
- 5–7 business days after approval
- COD → bank transfer/store credit
Deductions (IMPORTANT)
We may deduct:
- Shipping charges
- RTO charges
- Payment gateway fees
- Handling charges
Replacement Policy
- Replacement only if stock available
- Otherwise → refund
