Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is packed/processed for shipment (whichever is earlier).

  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests after this stage will not be eligible for a refund

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider

2. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Product received is damaged or defective

Claim Window

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    (Requests beyond this period will not be accepted)

Mandatory Proof

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Unboxing video (showing sealed package opening)
  • Supporting images of the product

⚠️ Important: Claims without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.


3. Return & Replacement Process

  1. Email us at care@hanch.art or contact via WhatsApp
  2. Share required details and proof
  3. Our team will review within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved:
    • We will arrange a replacement or
    • Provide return instructions
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns/replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • No unboxing video or insufficient proof
  • Minor variations in color/design/finish
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Customized or made-to-order items

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within the allowed time
  • Verified damaged/incorrect product
  • Replacement not available
  • Item becomes out of stock after order placement

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders → original payment method
  • COD orders → bank transfer or store credit

Processing Time

  • Refund initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

6. Shipping & Other Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of failed delivery due to:

    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept

    → Shipping and return (RTO) charges may be deducted from the refund
